Wind in the willows

We purchased this former day nursery from auction with the original plan to convert the building into 4 apartments, however we worked with our architects  to obtain planning permission for 5 units.  The project involved the construction of a brand new floor and we took the majority of the building back to brick to build 5 brand new luxury apartments. We delivered this full project on time and on budget.

Greggs Bakery

This vacant commercial property had been empty for years, the ground floor was a former bakery with staircase leading to disused office space above. We renovated the ground floor retail unit and removed the staircase to create a self contained shop floor. A brand new entrance and staircase were created at the rear of the property to access the first floor.  We then converted the first floor into 2 modern apartments. This project was delivered under budget and ahead of schedule.

The Cross

This village centre property was purchased as a commercial building comprising of a tenanted ground floor salon with disused residential space on the 1st and 2nd floors. On purchasing the building we split the titles and sold the salon below to the tenant. We went on to do a full renovation of the residential to result in a luxury 2 bedroom apartment.  The project was delivered on schedule and on budget.

Neville Street

This 3 bedroom terrace was bought as a vacant property requiring a full renovation. There was a damp problem and leaking roof. The work we carried out included: brand new electrics, heating system, new kitchen and bathrooms, plastering and decor to to result in a modern rental property. The project was managed in house by our team and completed on budget and on schedule.
